The first Canadian Blue Book book, published back in 1986 by founder Vic Harasem, was an annual printing that proved to be a vital resource for powersport dealers. Over the years All Seasons Publications grew into a business that now offers Blue Book valuation guides in five formats published every four months. Specification guides are printed every three years.
